How can I transfer my e-mails with XTRAMAIL?

XTRAMAIL IMAP synchronization method is a great option. It synchronizes the emails of your email account on the previous server with the emails of your email account on the current server.
There is one condition that must be met for the Email migration works with this method:
Please make sure that your Previous email account active and has not been blocked by your previous provider. The Account MUST be activeso that we can start the e-mail transfer.
If you would like our team to migrate your emails with XTRAMAIL, please send us a Support ticket and give our Technicians the following information:
E-mail address: Your eMail address at your previous hosting provider
Email password: The password to the e-mail address at your previous provider
The IMAP hostname: The eMail server at your previous provider
We will set up the new email address in cPanel for you. You can change the password after the migration is complete.
Once our technical team receives this information, they will immediately begin working on the email migration and update your ticket if there are any issues with your email delivery or after it is completed.
To migrate yourself, proceed as follows
With the XTRAMAIL IMAP synchronization you can synchronize your emails effortlessly from server to server.
Step 1: Log in to your email account on our server using Xtramail. You can use this link to log in to your email account with Xtramail: https://xtramail.orcwebhosting.com
Step 2: After you have logged in, click in the menu on the left side on Settings.
Step 3: You are now in the settings. On the left side click on Import.
Step 4: The import page will open. Click the button Add import.
Step 5: A form is displayed. You need to enter the data of your old server to access it and synchronize your emails via IMAP.
IMAP Server SSL: If your old host used SSL, leave the IMAP server SSL option enabled.
If SSL is not used, disable this option. (This will automatically update the IMAP port.) However, the rule is WITH SSL.
IMAP host: The server address of your old server. (These are the same Inbox server settings you used when you set up your email in your email client with your old host).
IMAP username: This is the email address.
IMAP password: This is the email password on the old server.
When you are finished filling out this information, click on START IMPORT.
Do not close the window during migration. The text will indicate when the migration is complete.
If the email migration fails with IMAP synchronization, an error message will be displayed. If you have problems using this feature, please create a support ticket from your account and include a screenshot of the error and the credentials of the old provider so that our team can better help you.
