Why has my web hosting or domain been blocked?
The following article explains why your Domain or web hosting locked has been blocked and what measures you can take to unblock it.
There are several reasons why your website may be blocked. However, the most common reason for blocking is non-payment of the invoice.
Possible reasons for blocking your website
Default of payment
You have not made a due payment for your account. Often payments for hosting, domain renewals and additional services are not made.
If your account has been blocked for non-payment, the Solution quite simple: Pay your invoice for the web hosting package renewal or domain renewal, and it will work again as soon as the payment is received.
For domains, additional costs may arise if the domain is renewed too late. If the domain has expired, it falls into the so-called Redemption Period and can only be restored with considerable costs of sometimes far more than CHF 100.00. We would like to point out that these are not our conditions, but the conditions of the respective registry.
In any case, the solution is actually quite simple: Pay your bills on time to avoid suspension. You will receive notifications about domain renewals 60 days before expiration. You will receive all invoices 30 days before expiration. So enough time to react.
If your account has been suspended for non-payment, it also means that your web hosting deleted without regard to data loss will be used if, within 10 days no payment is received by us! You then have the option to restore your account within 150 days. For this you will be charged an additional fee of CHF 45.00...

The most common types of malware include computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses, keyloggers and spyware.
