Support in setting up the contact form with reCAPTCHA. The service was exceptional as always! All Saturday afternoon I was creating a website with a commercial software. After I uploaded it to the web server, there was an unexplainable error with the contact form and reCAPTCHA. On Saturday evening just before 10pm I opened a "ticket" asking for help. I left the office and when I arrived home 45 minutes later and checked the "ticket" had already been processed by support and the problem solved! Thank you very much!

Impressive customer service When moving my WordPress website to ORCWebhosting, I got totally lost and didn't know where up and down was. (Entirely my own fault, as ORCWebhosting has excellent structure and clarity. That's why I wanted to rein). I found help immediately under the help line and with Mr. Mazenauer, friendly, patient and competent. He first gave me good hints on how to find my way around, but sent me an email very quickly after our conversation, because he had surely noticed that this might not be enough. Here's his message, which I found remarkable and would therefore like to quote: "I think it's better if you give us the access data to your old ... account and we move the site for you.Since this is a WordPress the database has to be moved too and that can get complicated." That happened and also another small problem was solved very quickly. Big thanks to such a customer service. Something like this can only be recommended.
