How to set up an email signature on iPhone?

This is relatively easy to achieve, as the iPhone offers the option of creating a unique signature that can be used to identify who sent the message. The E-mail program on the iPhone usually puts this signature at the bottom of the message itself. In this tutorial, we'll show you how to set up an email signature on an iPhone mobile device so you don't have to enter it manually every time you send an email from your smartphone. Let's go!
First steps
This guide assumes that you have gone through the iPhone email setup and added it to your device. If you have not done so yet, please read our guide How to set up email on my iPhone?
To start setting up, please unlock your iPhone and tap the "Settings" icon.

In the "Settings" screen, please scroll down and tap the "Mail" option.

This will redirect you to the "Email" screen from the email application. Scroll down to the bottom where you will find the "Signature" option.

Tap the Signature option to open the iPhone email signature configuration screen.

Once you are redirected to the new screen, you will see a field at the bottom with your current signature. If you have never done this before, you will see the default signature "Sent from my iPhone". There are two options above that:
All accounts - if you select this option, the signature will be enabled for all iPhone email accounts on the device.
Per Account - If you select this option, multiple content fields will open for each of your iPhone emails, allowing you to set a signature for each one.
When you have entered your new signature, please press the "< Mail" option located at the top left of the screen.
This will save your changes and any email you send from your iPhone's email client will have your newly created signature!
